This workout is completed in alternating rounds. Each teammate completes a round before switching, with each round consisting of deadlifts, burpees, and box step-ups. The goal is to complete six rounds as quickly as possible.

This workout is completed with both teammates working in sync. Athletes must perform synchronized front squats and thrusters. Wall balls are not synchronized but must be completed as a team before moving to the squats and thrusters.

Teams are to split the rowing and rope climbs however they choose. Completing the row first is recommended to reduce grip fatigue, but each team can strategize their approach for the best time.
