This workout is completed in alternating rounds. Each teammate completes a round before switching, with each round consisting of deadlifts, burpees, and box step-ups. The goal is to complete six rounds as quickly as possible.

Workout Notes

This workout is completed with both teammates working in sync. Athletes must perform synchronized front squats and thrusters. Wall balls are not synchronized but must be completed as a team before moving to the squats and thrusters.

    • Athlete A: Plate Overhead Hold (25/15 kg)
    • Athlete B: On Barbell
  • Part B:
    • Athlete A: Pull Up Bar Hold
    • Athlete B: On Ski

Workout Notes

Teams complete 60 Ground to Overhead, then 120 Cal Ski with two holds:

  • Part A: Athlete A holds a plate overhead while Athlete B lifts.
  • Part B: Athlete A holds the pullup bar while Athlete B skis.

Switch as needed; holds must be maintained to continue.

  • (B) 6-Minute Max Lift:
    • Male: 1 Clean, 1 Front Squat, 1 Clean and Jerk
    • Female: 1 Clean, 1 Front Squat

Workout Notes

Teams are to split the rowing and rope climbs however they choose. Completing the row first is recommended to reduce grip fatigue, but each team can strategize their approach for the best time.
