RuleBook

To participate at the event, athletes must agree to comply with all Rules and Policies, including the Assumption of Risk, Publicity Release, Waiver & Consent form. Changes in policies, regulations, and requirements may occur without prior notice, so athletes are responsible for staying informed through the Games rulebook.

  • Partners, sponsors, or selected vendors may offer additional prizes, also subject to taxes and withholding, and compliance with the prize affidavit.
  • Winners must collect physical prizes at the event, and if shipped post-event, they may incur shipping charges.
  • The organizer reserves the right to adjust event prizes, up or down, without prior notice, based on factors like sponsors' contributions, state aid, marketing promotions, or unforeseen circumstances like natural disasters etc.

Registration

  • Registration for both the Individual and Team Events of the Machine Games 2025 will commence on November 1, 2024, at 12:00 local Greek time and will continue until May 1, 2025, at 23:59 local Greek time. The organizer holds the authority to extend the registration deadline if it deems such an extension necessary.
  • All athletes are required to register directly through the revently platform
  • All athletes are also restricted from changing divisions at any stage of the registration process.
  • It is essential to note that registration fees are non-refundable without exception, and registrations are non-transferable
  • Athletes are urged to ensure the accuracy of the information provided during registration, as changes in divisions and refunds are not permissible after the registration process is completed.

Scoring

  • The sole official Leaderboard for the Finals of the will be hosted on Reventy's official website.
  • During the Games on May 9-11, 2025, all participating athletes will commence the event with a clean slate, starting with zero (0) penalty points.
  • The Machine Games utilize a scoring system where athletes earn points based on their performance in each event. Each event has a maximum point value of 100. The athlete with the highest total points at the end of the Games weekend is declared the winner.
  • In the case of ties in the overall point totals, the tiebreaker is determined by awarding the best position to the athlete with the highest result in any single event. If the tie persists, the process continues to the next highest single result and so on. It's possible for multiple athletes to share a test rank, with each earning the original point value for that rank. The athlete with the best overall performance across multiple events in the competition will be placed higher on the leaderboard

Competition

  • The Games are scheduled to take place from May 9 to May 11, 2025. All individual athletes and teams are required to participate throughout the two days of the competition.
  • If an individual athlete or team decides to withdraw from the finals, the organizer holds the right to offer the vacant spot to another athlete or team. Teams are allowed to replace up to one athlete before their check-in at the finals, subject to a corresponding fee.
  • Individual and Team athletes must complete check-in at the venue on Thursday, May 8, 2025, between 19:00-21:00 local Greek time. In the event of a missed initial check-in, a final opportunity is provided on Saturday, May 9, 2025, from 07:00-07:30.
  • Athletes have the option to authorize a third party to complete their check-in, provided the representative presents the athlete's original ID/passport. Failure to check-in at the designated times may result in the forfeiture of spots
  • Before each workout, athletes will receive separate briefings on the specifics of the upcoming event from the Athletes' Managers.
  • Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. It is the sole responsibility of athletes to be present at the arena or their designated lane on time. The organizer reserves the right to change the heat or competition time of an athlete if deemed necessary.
  • The Machine Game Judges Team has the final authority on all Athlete Event Protest rulings.
  • The use of drones by attendees, including spectators, athletes, coaches, etc., is strictly prohibited during the event.
  • All athletes are expected to compete in a sportsmanlike manner. Unsportsmanlike behavior, including arguing with officials, taunting, heckling, fighting, or any conduct that may bring disrepute upon the competition, the competition, fellow athletes, spectators, or event sponsors, may result in penalties, suspensions, disqualification, removal from the event, disqualification from future events, or legal action.
  • Actions that impede fair competition, such as abuse or alteration of equipment, refusal to follow instructions, or interference with Athlete and Event Judge Communication, are strictly prohibited.
  • The Machine Games will not be held responsible in the event of a request from the Greek State or local/international authorities for the postponement or cancellation of the event due to a Force Majeure circumstance. If such a scenario occurs, a new date will be established, and the participation of participants as well as spectator tickets will be automatically rescheduled without any additional charges. The Machine Games does not assume liability for any costs borne by athletes or spectators related to third-party expenses, such as hotel accommodations, airline tickets, archaeological access tickets, cruises, etc.
  • The decisions made by the Machine Games Judges Team are ultimate and indisputable. This authority extends to the right to exclude or disqualify any Athlete at the sole and absolute discretion of the organizer and such individuals will not have recourse to seek a refund or compensation.

Appeals

  • Appeals in the finals are exclusive to athletes and must be submitted within a one-hour window following the completion of their workout. To initiate an Appeal, athletes are required to pay a 25 euro Appeal Fee in cash and complete the designated form at the reception desk of the competition
  • If the outcome of the Appeal favors the athlete or team, a refund will be issued. The Head Judge Manager holds the authority to decline an Inquiry, and their decisions are conclusive without further avenues for dispute.
  • No Inquiries will be accepted beyond the one-hour timeframe following the conclusion of the workout.
  • It is important to note that any available proof from media forms will be taken in consideration in order to form the overall decision making process
  • Athletes are not permitted to file an appeal against fellow competitors. Nevertheless, if significant errors are identified and reported to the competition team, they may be investigated in the pursuit of maintaining fairness in the competition.

Email Policy
The Machine Games exclusively utilizes the email addresses of registered athletes for the purpose of sending email newsletters. These email addresses are strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third parties. All athlete email data is securely stored on the servers of organizers indefinitely. Athletes maintain the option to unsubscribe from newsletters at any time by either clicking the "Unsubscribe" button located at the bottom of any newsletter sent by the organizer or by sending an unsubscribe request via email to….

Divisions & Standards
An athlete's participation category for the 2024 season will be determined by their age and gender as of Saturday, April 13, 2024. The competitive division in which the athlete will compete is assigned based on the following factors.

Elite Category Standards:

Participants in this category are expected to possess advanced skills and demonstrate proficiency in a wide range of functional fitness movements. This division is open to athletes with extensive experience, and they should be well-prepared for any challenge presented. To excel in this category, athletes must meet various performance benchmarks, such as executing movements like:

  • Ring/Bar Muscle-Ups, Strict Handstand Push-ups, Legless Rope Climbs, Pistols
  • Snatch (80kg) Clean & Jerk (110 kg)
  • Any Dumbbell Movement and multiple unbroken repetitions with 30kg
  • The RX divisions allow for a diverse range of movements, providing a comprehensive test of the athletes' capabilities.

Masters 35+ Standards
Participants in this category must be a minimum of 35 years old and possess a high level of experience along with good overall fitness. This division is designed for seasoned athletes who have consistently completed workouts as prescribed, showcasing proficiency in a wide array of movements across disciplines like gymnastics, powerlifting, weightlifting, and strongman. It is not intended for beginners.
To meet the standards of this division, athletes are expected to demonstrate competence in various exercises, including:

  • Ring/Bar Muscle-Ups, Double Unders, Toe-to-bar, Handstand Push-Ups, and Rope Climbs legless, pistols, Handstand Walk.
  • Snatch (70kg) and Clean & Jerk (90kg) with multiple quality repetitions.
  • Any Dumbbell Movement and multiple unbroken repetitions with 25kg.
  • Overall, this division requires a well-rounded and experienced approach to fitness.

Masters 40+ Standards
Participants in this category must be a minimum of 40 years old and possess a high level of experience along with good overall fitness. This division is designed for seasoned athletes who have consistently completed workouts as prescribed, showcasing proficiency in a wide array of movements across disciplines like gymnastics, powerlifting, weightlifting, and strongman. It is not intended for beginners.
To meet the standards of this division, athletes are expected to demonstrate competence in various exercises, including:

  • Bar Muscle-Ups, Double Unders, Toe-to-bar, Handstand Push-Ups, and Rope Climbs, Handstand walk, pistols.
  • Snatch (60 kg) and Clean & Jerk (80 kg) with multiple quality repetitions.
  • Any Dumbbell Movement and multiple unbroken repetitions with 22.5 kg.
  • Overall, this division requires a well-rounded and experienced approach to fitness.

Masters 45+ Standards
Participants in this category must be a minimum of 45 years old and possess a high level of experience along with good overall fitness. This division is designed for seasoned athletes who have consistently completed workouts as prescribed, showcasing proficiency in a wide array of movements across disciplines like gymnastics, powerlifting, weightlifting, and strongman. It is not intended for beginners.
To meet the standards of this division, athletes are expected to demonstrate competence in various exercises, including:

  • Chest to Bar Pull ups, Double Unders, Toe-to-bar, Handstand Push-Ups, and Rope Climbs.
  • Snatch (45kg) and Clean & Jerk (60kg) with multiple quality repetitions.
  • Any Dumbbell Movement and multiple unbroken repetitions with 20kg.
  • Overall, this division requires a well-rounded and experienced approach to fitness.

Individual Scale Standards
Participants in this category are expected to possess a good overall fitness. This division is designed for novice athletes who a minimum experience of one year.
To meet the standards of this division, athletes are expected to demonstrate competence in various exercises, including:

  • Pull ups, Push-Ups, and Rope Climbs.
  • Clean & Jerk (50/30kg) with multiple quality repetitions.
  • Any Dumbbell Movement and multiple unbroken repetitions with 17,5/10kg.

Team Fitness Male Category Standards
Participants in this category are expected to possess a moderate level of experience in functional fitness competitions and maintain an average fitness level. The Fitness division is tailored for athletes who have a solid grasp of fundamental movements in gymnastics, powerlifting, and weightlifting but may have some gaps in their overall fitness, particularly in advanced movements or heavy lifting.
Athletes in this division should be proficient in basic exercises such as:

  • Bar Muscle ups, Double Unders, Toe-to-bar, Handstand Push-Ups (kipping), and Rope Climbs.
  • Snatch (50 kg) and Clean & Jerk (60kg)
  • Any Dumbbell Movement and multiple unbroken repetitions with 20kg.
  • Overall, this division caters to individuals with a solid foundation in functional fitness but may have room for improvement in certain advanced or heavy lifting aspects.

Team Fitness Women Category Standards
Participants in this category are expected to possess a moderate level of experience in functional fitness competitions and maintain an average fitness level. The Fitness division is tailored for athletes who have a solid grasp of fundamental movements in gymnastics, powerlifting, and weightlifting but may have some gaps in their overall fitness, particularly in advanced movements or heavy lifting.
Athletes in this division should be proficient in basic exercises such as:

  • Pull Ups (Kipping), Double Unders, Toe-to-bar,Wall Walks, and Rope Climbs.
  • Snatch (30 kg) and Clean & Jerk (40 kg)
  • Any Dumbbell Movement and multiple unbroken repetitions with 12.5 kg.
  • Overall, this division caters to individuals with a solid foundation in functional fitness but may have room for improvement in certain advanced or heavy lifting aspects.

Team Fitness Mixed Category Standards
Participants in this category are expected to possess a moderate level of experience in functional fitness competitions and maintain an average fitness level. The Fitness division is tailored for athletes who have a solid grasp of fundamental movements in gymnastics, powerlifting, and weightlifting but may have some gaps in their overall fitness, particularly in advanced movements or heavy lifting.
Athletes in this division should be proficient in basic exercises such as:

  • Chest to Bar Pull ups (Men), Pull Ups (Women), Double Unders, Toe-to-bar,Wall Walks, and Rope Climbs.
  • Snatch (50/30 kg) and Clean & Jerk (60/40 kg)
  • Any Dumbbell Movement and multiple unbroken repetitions with 20/12.5 kg.
  • Overall, this division caters to individuals with a solid foundation in functional fitness but may have room for improvement in certain advanced or heavy lifting aspects.

Teams Mixed Scale Standards
Participants in this category are expected to possess a good overall fitness. This division is designed for novice athletes who a minimum experience of one year.
To meet the standards of this division, athletes are expected to demonstrate competence in various exercises, including:

  • Pull ups, Push-Ups, and Rope Climbs.
  • Clean & Jerk (50/30kg) with multiple quality repetitions.
  • Any Dumbbell Movement and multiple unbroken repetitions with 17,5/10kg.

Ολοκληρώνοντας τη Συμμετοχή μου Δηλώνω Υπεύθυνα Ότι:

  1. Έχω συμπληρώσει το 18ο έτος της ηλικίας μου και η συμμετοχή μου στους αγώνες / σεμινάρια / δραστηριότητες / προπονήσεις είναι οικειοθελής (σε περίπτωση ανηλικότητας τη σχετική δήλωση υπογράφει αυτός που ασκεί την επιμέλεια του ανηλίκου).
  2. Η συμμετοχή μου πραγματοποιείται με αποκλειστικά ατομική μου βούληση και ευθύνη.
  3. Οφείλω να συμμορφώνομαι με τις υποδείξεις και τις οδηγίες των διοργανωτών ή των προπονητών και τους κανονισμούς που διέπουν την οργάνωση, το σεμινάριο ή το προπονητήριο – γυμναστήριο.

Παραίτηση και απαλλαγή από την ανάληψη κινδύνου
Γνωρίζω ότι υπάρχουν σημαντικοί κίνδυνοι που εμπλέκονται σε όλες τις πτυχές της φυσικής κατάστασης. Οι κίνδυνοι αυτοί περιλαμβάνουν, αλλά δεν περιορίζονται σε: πτώσεις που μπορεί να οδηγήσουν σε σοβαρό τραυματισμό ή θάνατο, βλάβη ή θάνατο από κακή χρήση ή από βλάβη του εξοπλισμού. Γνωρίζω ότι οποιοδήποτε από αυτά που αναφέρονται παραπάνω ενδέχεται να οδηγήσουν σε σοβαρό τραυματισμό ή θάνατο εμού ή του συνασκουμένου μου. Βεβαιώνω ότι έχω διαβάσει το άρθρο σχετικά με την ραβδομυόλυση που είναι στον πίνακα ανακοινώσεων. Αναλαμβάνω ανεπιφύλακτα την πλήρη ευθύνη για τους κινδύνους που διατρέχω εκθέτοντας τον εαυτό μου και αποδέχομαι την πλήρη ευθύνη για οποιαδήποτε βλάβη ή θανάσιμο τραυματισμό που μπορεί να προκύψει από τη συμμετοχή μου σε οποιαδήποτε δραστηριότητα στα τμήματα, σεμινάρια ή στους αγώνες.

Ο υπογεγραμμένος αναγνωρίζω ότι δεν έχω καμία σωματική βλάβη ή ασθένεια που μπορεί να θέσει σε κίνδυνο τον εαυτό μου ή τους άλλους.

Αποδέσμευση
Λαμβάνοντας υπόψη τους παραπάνω κινδύνους και το γεγονός ότι είμαι πρόθυμος και με την θέληση μου να συμμετάσχω στις δραστηριότητες που είναι διαθέσιμες σε χώρους του THEMACHINE SHOP ΜΟΝΟΠΡΟΣΩΠΗ Ι.Κ.Ε.

Με την παρούσα δήλωση απαλλάσσω το THE MACHINE SHOP ΜΟΝΟΠΡΟΣΩΠΗ Ι.Κ.Ε., τα μέλη, τους εργαζομένους, καθώς και τους εθελοντές από οποιαδήποτε  αίτηση αποζημίωσης, απαιτήσεις, ενέργειες ή τα δικαιώματα των δράσεων μου, οι οποίες σχετίζονται ή καθ’ οποιονδήποτε τρόπο συνδέονται με τη συμμετοχή μου σε αυτή τη δραστηριότητα, συμπεριλαμβανομένων και εκείνων που φέρονται ότι αποδόθηκαν σε αμελείς πράξεις ή παραλείψεις των προαναφερόμενων μερών. Η συμφωνία αυτή είναι δεσμευτική για μένα, τους διαδόχους μου, τους εκπροσώπους, κληρονόμους, εκτελεστές ή εκδοχείς μου.

Εάν οποιοδήποτε μέρος αυτής της συμφωνίας είναι άκυρο, το υπόλοιπο της συμφωνίας θα παραμείνει σε πλήρη ισχύ.

Αν υπογράφω εξ ονόματος ενός ανηλίκου, παρέχω επίσης πλήρη άδεια σε οποιοδήποτε αρμόδιο πρόσωπο για να παρέχει τις πρώτες βοήθειες, όπου κρίνεται αναγκαίο, και σε περίπτωση σοβαρής ασθένειας ή τραυματισμού, δίνω την άδεια να ζητηθεί ιατρική ήακόμα και χειρουργική φροντίδα για το παιδί και να μεταφερθείστην ιατρική μονάδα που κρίνεται απαραίτητη για την περίθαλψήτου.

Εξουσιοδοτώ το THE MACHINE SHOP ΜΟΝΟΠΡΟΣΩΠΗ Ι.Κ.Ε. και τους συνεργάτες τους να βγάζουν φωτογραφίες και να με βιντεοσκοπούν κατά την διάρκεια του προγράμματος ή σεμιναρίων ή διαγωνισμών και να τις χρησιμοποιούν στην ιστοσελίδα τους ή άλλα μέσα για διαφημιστικούς και εκπαιδευτικούς λόγους.

Αποζημίωση
Αναγνωρίζω ότι υπάρχουν κίνδυνοι που περιλαμβάνονται στα είδη άθλησης που προσφέρονται από το THE MACHINE SHOP ΜΟΝΟΠΡΟΣΩΠΗ Ι.Κ.Ε. Ως εκ τούτου, αποδέχομαι την ευθύνη για κάθε ζημία, που μπορεί να προκαλέσω είτε στον εαυτό μου είτε σε άλλους. Σε περίπτωση που τα προαναφερθέντα μέρη ή κάθε πρόσωπο χωριστά, που ενεργεί για λογαριασμό τους, υποχρεωθεί να επιβαρυνθεί τις αμοιβές και τα έξοδα δικηγόρου για την επιβολή αυτής της συμφωνίας, θα τους αποζημιώσω για τα εν λόγω κόστη. Συμφωνώ ότι θα αποζημιώσω και ότι απαλλάσσω το THEMACHINE SHOP ΜΟΝΟΠΡΟΣΩΠΗ Ι.Κ.Ε., τους ιδιοκτήτες, τους πράκτορες, τους υπαλλήλους και τους εθελοντές από την ευθύνη για τυχόν τραυματισμό ή θάνατο οποιουδήποτε ατόμου και τις υλικές ζημίες που μπορεί να προκύψουν από αμέλεια ή από πρόθεση ή παράλειψή μου, κατά την διάρκεια της συμμετοχής μου στις δραστηριότητες που προσφέρονται από το σύλλογο THEMACHINE SHOP ΜΟΝΟΠΡΟΣΩΠΗ Ι.Κ.Ε.

Αποδοχή
Έχω διαβάσει και κατανοήσει τα παραπάνω. Κατανοώ ότι με την υπογραφή μου υποχρεώνομαι να αποζημιώσω τα μέρη που αναφέρονται παραπάνω για κάθε τραυματισμό ή θάνατο οποιουδήποτε προσώπου ή και υλικές ζημίες, που θα προκληθούν από εμένα. Αντιλαμβάνομαι ότι με την υπογραφή της παρούσας δήλωσης παραιτούμαι από κάθε νομικό δικαίωμα σε σχέση με όσα αποδέχθηκα ανωτέρω.
